Our founders
Dominic Gamble
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dominic brings extensive experience across wealth management, asset management, sales enablement and financial technology.
His vision for Upscale is to help financial institutions modernise engagement through practical applications of AI, digital technology and data-driven insights.
Having worked closely with financial institutions across multiple markets, he recognised a growing challenge: firms were producing more content than ever before, but engagement was becoming increasingly difficult to measure and scale.

Ben is a personalisation technology specialist with deep experience designing digital experiences that improve how people discover, consume and engage with information.
