About the role
Join our Product team to shape the future of AI-powered sales enablement for the wealth and asset management industry. You'll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize impactful features, and deliver solutions that help financial institutions create, manage, and distribute engaging client content at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories.
- Manage product releases from discovery through launch.
Required skills
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B software.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience translating customer needs into product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital workflow products is an advantage.
